Shipping Destinations

Erick Schat’s Vineyards currently ships wine exclusively within the state of California.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

All wine orders are shipped via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $25 per order.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other circumstances.

Age Verification & Adult Signature

All wine purchases and deliveries are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.

UPS requires an adult age 21 or older to be present to receive and sign for the package. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery to verify the recipient’s age.

Missed Deliveries

If an eligible adult is not available to receive the shipment, UPS may attempt redelivery or hold the package according to its policies.

Customers are responsible for following UPS instructions regarding missed delivery attempts and arranging receipt of their shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your wine arrives damaged or broken, please contact Erick Schat’s Vineyards within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the damaged packaging and affected products.

We will replace the affected wine or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If an incorrect product is shipped due to an error on our part, we will take responsibility for correcting the mistake.
